Frequently asked questions
Will the car wait if my flight is delayed?
Yes. If you give your flight number when booking, we track the landing time and move the pickup accordingly. There is no delay surcharge.
Where do we meet at the airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall right after baggage claim, holding a board with your name on it.
How do I pay?
You pay the driver at the end of the trip. We accept cash. If you need another method, tell us when booking and we will arrange it.
Do you have child seats?
Yes. Write your child's age in the booking note and we fit the right seat. There is no extra charge.
How far in advance should I book?
A day ahead is enough. Same day works too if the car is free. In peak season, a few days ahead is safer.
How many passengers can you take?
One car takes seven passengers with their luggage. For larger groups we arrange a second car; just enter the number of passengers when booking.
